Join Abby Hase, Founder of Mini Viking Pilates for a Pilates class focusing on core, stability and endurance. Open to all fitness levels.
MVP’s signature open level Pilates mat class shines a focus on core, stability and endurance, fusing a Pilates based structure with bodyweight strength training. This class is designed to include all fitness levels. Modifications are given throughout class to give practitioners the opportunity to focus on the basics or add little extra spice if desired. After an active stretching warm-up, you’ll move through sequences targeting core, arms, glutes, and legs that will leave you burning after a 60 minute session. All you need is a light, medium, or heavy loop resistance band and a mat.
Mini Bio: Abby is a Pilates instructor and musical theater actress based in New York City. She received her mat and comprehensive Pilates certifications from Balanced Pilates in Manhattan. Abby’s goal as a Pilates instructor is to connect with clients in all walks of life to help them build strength and flexibility. Abby has experience working with a variety of humans: athletes, dancers, clients who are post op from joint replacement surgeries, pre and postnatal moms, and cervical spine fusions. Pilates is fantastic for all bodies at all stages and she will be there to guide you through specifically designed workouts to help you become your strongest and most balanced self.
